OUR STORY
Dalia was born from the vision of Gina Díez Barroso, who after a successful business career, identified that many women, despite their education, lacked the key leadership tools, and above all, the self-confidence to exercise them. Today, under the leadership of her daughter Ivana María, Dalia evolves as a conscious leadership ecosystem that drives the integral development of women and collaborates with companies to build more human, diverse and sustainable environments.
