At last, we’re achieving it! In the 21st Century, there are many women who are taking charge of their lives, reaching positions of very high level, thanks to their effort and preparation. However, with success in their hands, there’s something that disturbs and bothers many, that produces a void which they don’t know how to fill. They’re at the top, but without a partner with whom to share life and success, as if the couple’s relationship was canceled, as their ability to function in a work environment becomes evident.

To achieve a life balance we must have a deep knowledge of who we are, what motivates us, what we want to achieve and what we’re willing to change so that in everything we decide, consistency reigns. We need to change the way we do things and transform our own existence to live fully. When we’re clear about what we want and where we’re going, it will be easier to choose the ideal partner that supports our growth and accompanies us on the road to success.

Many women fight for their growth, and the wrong pair has difficulty accepting it; they want to demonstrate their ability in any field, and the wrong partner needs to feel able to control them; they want to face each challenge with courage and audacity, and the wrong partner fears that this freedom limits their strength, making them vulnerable.

A healthy relationship can and should give both parties the possibility to develop completely professionally. Therefore, it’s necessary to have healthy relationships in which freedom is one of the couples ‘maxims, and who share the luck and complicity of being together.
